The Journey Inward to the Source of Healing:

We all have the ability to heal. Yoga Therapy helps to facilitate your journey to optimal health and well being. Together we will use a range of Yoga practices (affirmation, breath, movement and mindfulness) as a foundation to build a healing journey unique to your individual needs.

Whether you are suffering from physical pain, emotional/mental pain, or just need to find ways to cope with the everyday stressors of life, Yoga Therapy can help. We will meet 3, 5 or 8 times, with each session building on the last. Sessions can be in studio or virtual. Additionally you will receive follow up emails after each session that may include video, audio and digital supplements to help support your journey.

Home practice is encouraged, so begin planning now as to how you will carve out time to integrate practice into your day. Practice will strengthen your resilience and commitment to your self.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of booking.

3 sessions: $300 (in person) $240 (virtual)
5 sessions: $475 (in person) $380 (virtual) 
8 sessions: $720 (in person) $576 (virtual)

*note there is a 5% discount for booking 5 sessions and a 10% discount for booking 8 sessions

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be offered the opportunity to reschedule if space is available. Otherwise a full refund will be offered for the missed session (based on the number of sessions purchased). Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be considered a missed session and will not receive a refund.


All sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase.
