Hello, I'm Lisa Segar. I believe that the practice of yoga can be mood changing, mind changing and life changing. I began my yoga journey in 2015 as a way to reconnect with my sense of self. Through the study of the eight-limbs of yoga I was was able to regain a sense of wholeness and healing. My life-changing experience is what guides me in my studies and work in the field of Yoga Therapy, It is my mission to help others remember themselves through the methods and philosophies of this sacred practice.

Mission Statement:
To bridge the gap between holistic healing and traditional healthcare.

Vison Statement:
To use the principles of yoga to assist people in their healing journey. To accompany others as they rediscoverer health and wholeness.
